Historically we've taken a conservative approach to investing. Our investing criteria has included government leased buildings, apartment complexes, distressed assets, long term rentals and rehabilitation of infill projects. Although we prefer to act as the lead investor, we enjoy strong relationships with other funds and will co-invest in select opportunities.
